Celebrate the languages that you, your family, your friends, your colleagues speak, understand, are learning, would like to learn--join us for a conversation about your own language story, your favorite word, and how language has shaped your life. We gather once a semester to appreciate the affective ties of languages and how all the languages we speak or understand or dream of learning one day enrich our lives. All members of the UIC community are welcome!
