Finestrat awarded UIC Graduate Student Excellence in Teaching & Mentoring Award
Irene Finestrat, PhD candidate in Hispanic Linguistics, has been awarded the UIC Graduate Student Excellence in Teaching & Mentoring Award for her outstanding contributions in her teaching and extensive mentoring of undergraduate students. Co-sponsored by the Honors College and the Graduate College the award adheres to the guidelines of regional and national competitions in this domain.
