A series of readings by Latin American authors living in Chicago. Join us to meet these writers, listen to their work, and engage in conversation!

Julio Rangel (Mexico). His work has appeared in La densidad del aire, an anthology of five poets published by UNAM (Mexico). He is the author of "The Art Object of Marcos Raya," which appeared in the book Marcos Raya: Fetishizing the Imaginary. He also authored the essay "Certainty and Intuition," published in Between the Instinctive and the Rational, a book about René Arceo's artwork. Rangel is a cofounder of Contratiempo magazine in Chicago.
